In an interview with CNBC Tuesday, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates discussed the disinformation on corona virus in detail. Elon Musk and his polo commentary on a pandemic were also discussed by Mr Gates, suggesting that he should stick to issues he knows best.
The Atlantic reports that Mr Musk had previously downplayed the virus' dangers, meaning that COVID-19 deaths may be over counted and that lockouts may not be needed. He has received social media ire from his comments.
Mr. Gates told the CNBC, "Elon 's position is to retain a high level of outrageous comments," he reacted. He makes a great electric car, and his missiles work well. This afternoon Elon Musk reacted with a funny tweet indirectly to this comment. "It's entirely wrong to rumor that Bill Gates and I are lovers," he wrote on Twitter.
It's not the first time that Mr Musk swipe his tech billionaire boyfriend. He also made a dig at Mr. Gates in February this year, when he chose a Porsche over a Tesla while purchasing his first electric vehicle.
