Vodafone Qatar has linked Asian Town with its state-of-the-art GigaNet fiber network , providing thousands of workers with access to reliable fixed services, including high-speed Internet, which will also power many of its businesses.
The GigaNet fiber rollout covers the entire Asian city, including Plaza Mall and Mowasalat-Karwa sites, announced on Sunday by the telecom operator.
Located near Doha's Industrial Area, Asian Town is mainly residential, comprising the adjacent Asian City, but several small businesses are also housed in the sports , entertainment, and shopping venues.

More than 15,000 residential units in Asian Town will be eligible to take advantage of the latest home Wi-Fi technology from Vodafone's GigaHome offerings. Businesses will also benefit from the wide range of GigaNet Fiber services, including access to Vodafone GigaBusiness plans, providing unlimited data with speeds up to 1Gbps, high-speed corporate Internet, security, and fixed voice solutions.
